Clint Marshall

Fourth-Generation Florida Waterman.

THE GUIDE

Built on Water, Built on Word of Mouth

Clint Marshall is a fourth-generation Brevard County native. He grew up working outdoors and started his own company at 17.

Since 2014 he's built his outdoor and land-service businesses in Grant, Florida, entirely on word of mouth — no ad spend, just relationships and reputation.

Florida Traditions grew out of the same approach: guide the water the way you'd guide a friend, know it better than anyone renting a boat ever could, and never take more than you'll use.

Faith, family, and stewardship of the land are central to how Clint runs every part of his business.

HOW WE WORK

Intentionally Small. Deeply Local.

Florida Traditions runs one guide, one boat, one party at a time. That's not a limitation — it's the whole point. When you're out there, you have Clint's full attention, and he has yours. No second group coming in behind you, no rotation schedule, no rush.

Clint has worked these waters for decades. He knows the , the gator holds, the blind spots in the marsh that don't show up on any map. That knowledge doesn't transfer — it accumulates. It's why the people who go out with him come back, and why most of them found him through someone they trust.

Faith, family, and stewardship aren't marketing language here. They shape how every hunt is planned, how the land is treated, and how this business has run since the beginning.
