What happens if the gator is over 9 feet 6 inches?
Gators exceeding 9'6" carry an additional $25 per inch beyond that threshold. We'll calculate the total overage estimate before the hunt based on scouted animals so there are no surprises on the water.
What should I bring?
We'll send you a full equipment and preparation list once your date is confirmed. In general: appropriate clothing for night conditions, closed-toe footwear, and nothing you're not prepared to get wet.
Do I need a hunting license?
Yes. All hunters are required to hold the appropriate alligator trapping license. We'll walk you through exactly what's needed when you book.
Can the boat handle more than two guests?
Yes, up to 4 hunters plus the guide.
